Wedding cakes We offer a no obligation consultation where we can discuss your ideas and requirements. We can then design a perfect unique cake for you. At your consultation you will be able to sample some of the flavours we have to offer and see some of our work in the show room. Office hours 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon - Friday. Appointments can be made fo evening consultations by pre-arrangement only. We can take wedding cake bookings up to 2 years in advance A £50 deposit to confirm the booking and to reserve the date. The balance can be paid at least 14 days before the wedding. Any alterations can be made to the design, style or flavours until 4 weeks before the wedding. During the summer months we recommend you book as soon as possible and reserve the date. Birthday Cakes We do offer a consultation if you require or cakes can be ordered over the phone. We require a £20 deposit to confirm the cake order, with the balance to be paid on collection by cash or credit or debit card. CAKES FOR All UK – BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKING Once you have decided to book your Celebration / Wedding Cake with us a Non-refundable Deposit of £50 is required to secure your order / booking. Once we have received you’re deposits a confirmation of your order will be given to you at the time of ordering or if placing by telephone by post. PAYMENTS Full and final payment is required 10 days prior to your event by way of Cheque / Debit / Credit Card, of which you will be notified by either email or by post. If you require any additional services by us 5 days before your event any monies due must be paid for by Debit Credit card only – no cheques. CHANGES You can decide to change your design at any time up to 4 weeks before your event. An extra charge may be incurred of which you will be notified, depending of level of changes required. CANCELLATION In the unlikely event that you cancel your order and you have paid the full amount and have notified us in writing within 4 Weeks (earlier if possible) of paying the full amount you will receive a full Refund minus the Deposit paid at the time of placing your order with us. If you cancel your order within 7 days prior to your event, then no refund we will be given. In the unlikely event we have to withdraw our services due to circumstances beyond our control you will receive a full refund on the amount any monies paid including any deposits made to us. DELIVERY Delivery charges are applied on distance/locality from our location of which you will be advised at the time of placing your order with us. Delivery will be made to your chosen venue at the time stated where it is reasonably possible of which we require the full postal address including the post code and telephone number of your venue will be required. We will not be held liable or responsible for any delays arising in arriving to set up / deliver your cake due to traffic conditions or to reasons beyond our control. If there is a delay in delivery we will contact your Wedding Planner/ Co-ordinator / Venue. SET UP It is general practice of Cakes For All UK that for any reason your cake cannot be set up by ourselves and has to be left at your venue due to either your room is not ready or we have arrived earlier than expected to deliver your cake, a Signature will be obtained from a senior member of Staff / Duty Manager, to indicate that it has been left in “Perfect Condition” at the time of delivery, of which we will not be held responsible after we leave the premises If, however we are entrusted in setting up and arranging your cake, photographs will be taken of your cake when it has been safely set up and displayed in accordance with your instructions. If at any time after we have left your venue, you or your venue decide to re-arrange or move your Cake / Cup Cake Stand without our prior knowledge CAKES FOR ALL UK will not be held liable in any circumstances what so ever for any damage. STAND/BRIDAL KNIFE HIRE If you have a stand/ bridal knife hire agreement with your wedding/celebration cake with us please ensure that unless otherwise discussed with us please could you ensure make that your stand is left at the venue for us to collect on the following day. If your venue has no stand available and we are able to supply one – you will be charged the appropriate amount for the hire. STAND HIRE ONLY Deposits are required for Stand hire (full charges shown on our website) which are refundable upon return Stand hire is for a maximum of 5 days only extra charge will apply if taken out for longer. This is on a Collection Return Basis only.
